Heat Pump Installation

One of the recent projects we delivered was a heat pump installation for a residential property. We installed a high-efficiency heat pump system that was tailored to the specific needs of the homeowner. In a recent commercial gas boiler service, our team of experts conducted a full inspection of the boiler and its components, including the pumps, pressurisation units, expansion vessels, PRVs, and other auxiliaries. We then conducted a thorough cleaning and tuning of the system to ensure optimal efficiency and safety. The client was pleased with our prompt and professional service and we have scheduled regular PPMs to ensure the continued smooth operation of their plant room.

Domestic boiler service

We provided a service for a very old domestic boiler. Despite its age, the boiler was still in very good condition, which we attribute to our regular maintenance and servicing. We thoroughly inspected the boiler, ensuring that it continued to operate efficiently and safely for many more years. Our client was pleased with the quality of our work and the peace of mind that comes from having a well-maintained boiler.

Domestic boiler installation (Viessmann

 Vitodens)

We completed a domestic boiler installation project, which involved installing a Viessmann Vitodens boiler with a 4-pipe system. The four pipe system provides several advantages, including better zoning control, improved temperature accuracy, and greater energy efficiency. The new boiler was also connected to a NEST thermostat, which enables the owner to control the temperature remotely using a mobile app. Additionally, the boiler is connected to an app that allows both the owner and the gas engineer to monitor the boiler's performance, receive alerts in case of a fault, and schedule regular servicing.

The installation included a new cylinder, new pipes, and other necessary components to ensure a high-quality and long-lasting installation. Overall, the project was a great success and the customer was thrilled with the new system's performance and efficiency.

Maintenance contract and pipe replacement for local primary school

Our team completed a maintenance contract for a local primary school, which included a pipe replacement project. The pipe replacement involved laying down 400 meters of pipes and almost 1000 meters of lagging. We were able to complete the project during the children's half term to minimize disruption to the school's operation.
